DR. Rhonda Vonshay Sharpe
Dr. Rhonda Vonshay Sharpe is a visionary economist whose groundbreaking philosophy that "inequality hides in the aggregate" revolutionized policy research methodology. She founded WISER on International Women's Day 2016 as a 501(c)3 nonprofit research institute dedicated to disaggregating data and revealing hidden inequities.ed for longform copy that could potentially include multiple paragraphs.
With over two decades of experience in economic research and policy analysis, Dr. Sharpe leads WISER's mission to advocate for inclusive policy research that serves the needs of Asian, Black, Hispanic, Indigenous American, and Multiracial women, Her innovative approach to data analysis has influenced Congressional policy discussions and informed federal research standards.
